Itanium - familio de procesoroj far firmao Intel. La procesoroj estas uzataj en serviloj kaj komputilegoj. Itanium estas projektita laŭ VLIW-arkitekturo IA64. La procesoroj bezonas uzon de speciala programaro nekongrua al x86. La procesoroj havas staplojn L1, L2 kaj L3.
