Convert binary outcome to multiple categorical outcome

My data set contains binary label Y with values of "correct" and "wrong" . I want to study the reason of wrong state (based on several condition maked on multiple feature). for exemple I want to know if "wrong" is becouse of "commun wrong answer" or "difficulty to answer" . I.e. i want to get Y with 3 labels "correct ", "commun wrong" and "difficult". Is it possible to make it in machine learning logistic regression ? If not, is there any solution for my problem?
