Tableau Cross-Database Join Key Column Names

0

$begingroup$

Say I have a spreadsheet with two tabs:

  • February

  • March

Where each tab is an identical table with data from the respective month.

When trying to join the two tables, Tableau 2019.1 adds a suffix to overlapping column names, for example after joining there are columns "Booked Sales Goal" and "Booked Sales Goal (March)", where the prior is for February and the latter is for March.

Is there a way to add a name suffix to both columns?

This makes it more explicit where the column is coming from.

In the above example there would then be "Booked Sales Goal (February)" and"Booked Sales Goal (March)".
