Mixed linear Model
$begingroup$
I have a dataset with G1 (Grade of first semester)and G2(Grade of second semester)and G3 the final grade. I need to model it using linear mixed model with repeated measure to study the variation within and between student.
Is it possible to consider G1 and G2 as fixed effect.. what can be the formula as I read many reference but I am confused.
Thank you
