Bayesian Optimization ABC

I know that I will get negative feedback on this post and might get deleted as well.
but I hope before it gets deleted someone help me..
I have been trying for 2 weeks to understand Bayesian Optimization with no luck
it is not that I am not good at math (i am really good)
but I could not find any toturial that starts from scratch and end to Byesian Optimization for Machine Learning by Peter I. Frazier
I know the basic of P(A|B) = P(B|A) * P(A) / P(B) but when I look at the examples on ML, I can not find how we applied this rule there
I looked at this paper
A Tutorial on Bayesian Optimization
but could not understand it and how is that related to Bayesian theory above
I tried this one

the code did not work and till dont know what they are doing?
I wonder if anyone can explain or at least guide how to understand that from scratch?
