I know a Mechanical Engineering graduate , who is working as Data Analyst for past 2 years.
As a Data Analyst he has worked mostly with Microsoft Excel, And now with no Programming knowledge he is planning to switch his career to become a Data Engineer.
How to become a good Data Engineer ? What are the prerequisites ?
- Should he have
Bachelorsdegree inComputer Scienceor any online certification from sites like Udemy or Udacity will do ? - Or Is it good do MS degree in
Data Engineer? - What
programmingLanguages and Tools he has to learn ? - How much time its going to take to get his first Job as a
Data Engineer?
Any Suggestions would be great.
